Peter Bracken is the founder and Managing Director of Sourceted. As the former CEO of an international retail and distribution business, Peter brings a depth of commercial experience not often found within recruitment and business consultancy.
His most significant achievement was creating and developing a prominent retail brand that expanded through franchising across six countries, building the entire corporate infrastructure required for sustainable international growth, from brand standards and operational manuals to governance frameworks, performance management systems, and financial controls. He subsequently structured the business with acquisition in mind, positioning it for investment readiness and future exit.
Peter founded Sourceted to bring a more thoughtful approach to recruitment and consultancy. Sourceted combines a meticulous understanding of each business with clear, current knowledge of industry requirements in every brief, assessment and placement.
Peter continues to work with many individuals personally in a coaching capacity helping them navigate their life and business choices, he also actively mentors graduates on the interpersonal and professional skills critical to career success.
